Matrix Hanzi does not currently require users to create an account.

The website does not intentionally request your name, phone number, residential address, identification number, school information, or payment information through a registration system.

If you contact Matrix Hanzi voluntarily by email or Facebook, information in that communication is processed to respond, provide support, discuss the Speaking AI Beta Program, or handle a transaction you requested.

3. Locally stored learning information

Learning preferences, selected datasets, marked items, mistakes, progress, custom texts, or similar information may be stored locally in your browser or device.

Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, this information is not uploaded to a Matrix Hanzi user account.

Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, changing browsers, or changing devices may remove this local information. Matrix Hanzi may not be able to recover it.

4. Google Analytics 4

Matrix Hanzi uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is accessed and used. Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and Google configuration, it may process:

• Browser and device type
• Approximate geographic information
• Operating system
• Pages viewed and session duration
• Referral source
• Interactions with website features
• Technical identifiers and cookie information
• General performance and diagnostic information

Matrix Hanzi does not use Google Analytics to intentionally request your name, email address, or phone number. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policies.

Where required, analytics technologies should only be activated after the applicable consent choice.

5. Cloudflare infrastructure

Matrix Hanzi uses Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare R2, for content storage, delivery, security, performance, and related infrastructure.

Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request information, security signals, browser information, and server logs as necessary to provide its services and prevent abuse.

Learning datasets and website assets may be stored or delivered through Cloudflare R2. This does not mean Matrix Hanzi creates personal learning profiles about users.

6. Speaking and microphone data

Matrix Hanzi only accesses audio after you actively choose a microphone-enabled feature and grant browser or device permission. When you use a speech-processing feature:

• Your audio may be transmitted to Microsoft Azure
• The audio may be used for speech recognition or pronunciation analysis
• Azure may return recognition results, scores, or AI-generated feedback
• Processing may occur outside your country
• Processing is subject to Microsoft systems and applicable service terms

Matrix Hanzi does not intentionally listen to or permanently store raw audio recordings on its own servers. Temporary technical processing may occur during transmission, request handling, error diagnosis, or third-party operation.

Do not include sensitive, confidential, financial, health-related, or unnecessary identifying information in a recording.

7. Speaking AI consent

Before audio is submitted, users should see a clear notice that it will be transmitted to Microsoft Azure.

By activating the microphone and submitting a recording after seeing that notice, you request the function and consent to the transmission necessary to provide it.

You may choose not to use Speaking AI. Other core learning functions may remain available without a voice recording.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential storage: used to remember interface settings, learning selections, and local progress.

Analytics technologies: used by Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand general usage.

Advertising technologies: Matrix Hanzi does not currently serve third-party advertising through Google AdSense. If advertising is introduced, this Policy and the cookie-consent interface will be updated.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking storage technologies may affect some features.

9. Information received through direct contact

If you contact Matrix Hanzi through email or Facebook, Matrix Hanzi may receive:

• Your email address or social-media profile information
• The content of your messages
• Transaction details you voluntarily provide
• Payment confirmation
• The key or usage package discussed
• Technical support information
• Feedback and error reports

This information is used to respond, complete a requested transaction, provide support, prevent fraud, keep basic records, or meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank card credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Payment information

Speaking AI Beta access is currently discussed and arranged manually. Matrix Hanzi does not request or store bank card numbers through the website.

A bank, e-wallet, or payment provider may independently process payment information under its own terms. Matrix Hanzi may retain reasonable records such as payment time, amount, package, delivered key, and support history.

11. International processing

Matrix Hanzi serves users in Vietnam and other countries. Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Facebook, payment providers, and other providers may process information in different countries.

By choosing a feature that requires an international service after receiving the relevant notice, you acknowledge that necessary information may be processed through that service infrastructure.

12. Data retention

Matrix Hanzi keeps directly received information only as long as reasonably necessary for:

• Responding to requests
• Providing support
• Maintaining transaction records
• Preventing abuse
• Resolving disputes
• Meeting applicable legal obligations

Locally stored learning data remains under the control of the user browser or device. Third-party retention is governed by each provider system and policy.

13. Children and minors

Matrix Hanzi is an educational tool that may be useful to learners of different ages, but it is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

A minor should use paid or audio-processing features only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. Parents or guardians may contact Matrix Hanzi if a minor has unnecessarily provided personal information.

14. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Ask what information Matrix Hanzi received directly from you
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to certain processing
• Ask questions about data handling
• Disable analytics where the interface offers that choice
• Stop using microphone-enabled features

15. Security

Matrix Hanzi applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the project nature and scale.

No website, internet transmission, browser storage, cloud service, or AI service can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for the security of their devices, browsers, payment accounts, and keys.

16. Third-party links

Matrix Hanzi may link to third-party services or resources. It does not control their privacy practices, content, security, or availability. Review their policies before providing information.

17. Future advertising

Matrix Hanzi does not currently display Google AdSense advertisements.

If advertising is introduced, this Policy may be updated to describe advertising cookies, personalized and non-personalized advertising, providers, consent requirements, and available opt-out choices.

18. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated when features, service providers, the commercial model, or applicable obligations change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website notice or an updated effective date.

Matrix Hanzi hiện không yêu cầu người dùng tạo tài khoản.

Website không chủ động yêu cầu họ tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ cư trú, số giấy tờ định danh, thông tin trường học hoặc thông tin thanh toán qua hệ thống đăng ký.

Nếu người dùng chủ động liên hệ qua email hoặc Facebook, thông tin trao đổi được xử lý để phản hồi, hỗ trợ, trao đổi về Speaking AI Beta hoặc thực hiện giao dịch do người dùng đề nghị.

3. Dữ liệu học tập lưu trên thiết bị

Lựa chọn học tập, dataset đã chọn, mục đánh dấu, lỗi sai, tiến độ, văn bản tùy chỉnh hoặc thông tin tương tự có thể được lưu cục bộ trên trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị.

Trừ khi một tính năng thông báo rõ khác đi, dữ liệu này không được tải lên tài khoản Matrix Hanzi.

Xóa dữ liệu trình duyệt, dùng chế độ riêng tư, đổi trình duyệt hoặc đổi thiết bị có thể làm mất dữ liệu. Matrix Hanzi có thể không khôi phục được.

4. Google Analytics 4

Matrix Hanzi sử dụng Google Analytics 4 để hiểu cách website được truy cập và sử dụng. Tùy theo vị trí, thiết bị, lựa chọn đồng ý và cấu hình Google, dịch vụ có thể xử lý:

• Loại trình duyệt và thiết bị
• Vị trí gần đúng
• Hệ điều hành
• Trang đã xem và thời lượng phiên
• Nguồn giới thiệu
• Tương tác với tính năng
• Mã nhận dạng kỹ thuật và cookie
• Thông tin hiệu suất và chẩn đoán chung

Matrix Hanzi không dùng Google Analytics để chủ động yêu cầu họ tên, email hoặc số điện thoại. Google xử lý thông tin theo điều khoản và chính sách riêng.

Tại nơi pháp luật yêu cầu, công nghệ phân tích chỉ nên được kích hoạt sau khi người dùng đưa ra lựa chọn đồng ý phù hợp.

5. Hạ tầng Cloudflare

Matrix Hanzi sử dụng Cloudflare, bao gồm Cloudflare R2, để lưu trữ, phân phối nội dung, bảo mật, cải thiện hiệu suất và vận hành hạ tầng.

Cloudflare có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP, thông tin yêu cầu, tín hiệu bảo mật, thông tin trình duyệt và nhật ký máy chủ để cung cấp dịch vụ và phòng chống lạm dụng.

Dataset và tài sản website có thể được lưu hoặc phân phối qua R2. Điều này không đồng nghĩa Matrix Hanzi tạo hồ sơ học tập cá nhân về người dùng.

6. Microphone và dữ liệu âm thanh

Matrix Hanzi chỉ truy cập âm thanh sau khi người dùng chủ động dùng tính năng microphone và cấp quyền trên trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị. Khi sử dụng tính năng xử lý giọng nói:

• Âm thanh có thể được truyền đến Microsoft Azure
• Âm thanh có thể dùng để nhận dạng giọng nói hoặc phân tích phát âm
• Azure có thể trả về kết quả nhận dạng, điểm số hoặc phản hồi AI
• Việc xử lý có thể diễn ra ngoài quốc gia của người dùng
• Quá trình xử lý chịu điều khoản dịch vụ áp dụng của Microsoft

Matrix Hanzi không chủ động nghe hoặc lưu vĩnh viễn bản ghi âm thô trên máy chủ riêng. Xử lý kỹ thuật tạm thời có thể xảy ra khi truyền, xử lý yêu cầu, chẩn đoán lỗi hoặc vận hành dịch vụ bên thứ ba.

Không đưa thông tin nhạy cảm, bí mật, tài chính, sức khỏe hoặc định danh không cần thiết vào bản ghi.

7. Sự đồng ý khi sử dụng Speaking AI

Trước khi gửi âm thanh, người dùng cần thấy thông báo rõ rằng âm thanh sẽ được truyền đến Microsoft Azure.

Khi bật microphone và gửi bản ghi sau thông báo, người dùng yêu cầu chức năng và đồng ý việc truyền dữ liệu cần thiết.

Người dùng có thể không sử dụng Speaking AI. Các tính năng học tập cốt lõi khác có thể vẫn dùng được mà không gửi bản ghi.

8. Cookie và công nghệ tương tự

Bộ nhớ thiết yếu: ghi nhớ giao diện, lựa chọn học và tiến độ cục bộ.

Công nghệ phân tích: Google Analytics đo lưu lượng và cách sử dụng chung.

Công nghệ quảng cáo: Matrix Hanzi hiện chưa hiển thị quảng cáo bên thứ ba qua Google AdSense. Nếu triển khai, Chính sách và giao diện đồng ý cookie sẽ được cập nhật.

Người dùng có thể kiểm soát cookie trong trình duyệt. Việc chặn có thể ảnh hưởng một số tính năng.

9. Thông tin nhận được khi liên hệ trực tiếp

Khi liên hệ qua email hoặc Facebook, Matrix Hanzi có thể nhận:

• Email hoặc thông tin hồ sơ mạng xã hội
• Nội dung tin nhắn
• Chi tiết giao dịch do người dùng tự nguyện cung cấp
• Xác nhận thanh toán
• Key hoặc gói lượt được trao đổi
• Thông tin hỗ trợ kỹ thuật
• Góp ý và báo lỗi

Thông tin được dùng để phản hồi, hoàn thành giao dịch, hỗ trợ, phòng chống gian lận, lưu hồ sơ cơ bản hoặc thực hiện nghĩa vụ áp dụng. Không gửi mật khẩu, giấy tờ định danh, thông tin thẻ hoặc dữ liệu nhạy cảm không cần thiết.

10. Thông tin thanh toán

Quyền truy cập Speaking AI Beta hiện được trao đổi và cung cấp thủ công. Matrix Hanzi không yêu cầu hoặc lưu số thẻ ngân hàng qua website.

Ngân hàng, ví điện tử hoặc nhà cung cấp thanh toán có thể tự xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng. Matrix Hanzi có thể lưu hồ sơ hợp lý như thời gian, số tiền, gói, key đã giao và lịch sử hỗ trợ.

11. Xử lý dữ liệu quốc tế

Matrix Hanzi phục vụ người dùng tại Việt Nam và quốc tế. Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Facebook, nhà cung cấp thanh toán và các bên kỹ thuật có thể xử lý dữ liệu tại nhiều quốc gia.

Khi chủ động dùng tính năng cần dịch vụ quốc tế sau thông báo phù hợp, người dùng xác nhận thông tin cần thiết có thể được xử lý qua hạ tầng dịch vụ đó.

12. Thời gian lưu giữ

Matrix Hanzi chỉ lưu thông tin nhận trực tiếp trong thời gian hợp lý cần thiết để:

• Phản hồi yêu cầu
• Cung cấp hỗ trợ
• Duy trì hồ sơ giao dịch
• Phòng chống lạm dụng
• Giải quyết tranh chấp
• Thực hiện nghĩa vụ pháp lý áp dụng

Dữ liệu học tập cục bộ thuộc sự kiểm soát của trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị. Thời gian lưu của bên thứ ba do hệ thống và chính sách của họ điều chỉnh.

13. Trẻ em và người chưa thành niên

Matrix Hanzi là công cụ giáo dục có thể hữu ích với nhiều độ tuổi, nhưng không được thiết kế nhằm chủ động thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân trẻ em.

Người chưa thành niên chỉ nên sử dụng tính năng trả phí hoặc xử lý âm thanh với sự cho phép và giám sát theo pháp luật áp dụng. Phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ có thể liên hệ nếu trẻ đã cung cấp thông tin không cần thiết.

14. Lựa chọn và yêu cầu của người dùng

Tùy pháp luật áp dụng, người dùng có thể có quyền:

• Hỏi Matrix Hanzi đang giữ thông tin nào nhận trực tiếp
• Yêu cầu chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa
• Rút lại sự đồng ý khi việc xử lý dựa trên đồng ý
• Phản đối một số hoạt động xử lý
• Đặt câu hỏi về cách xử lý dữ liệu
• Tắt phân tích khi giao diện có lựa chọn
• Ngừng sử dụng tính năng microphone

15. Bảo mật

Matrix Hanzi áp dụng biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý phù hợp với tính chất và quy mô dự án.

Không website, đường truyền Internet, bộ nhớ trình duyệt, dịch vụ đám mây hoặc AI nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật thiết bị, trình duyệt, tài khoản thanh toán và key.

16. Liên kết bên thứ ba

Matrix Hanzi có thể liên kết đến dịch vụ hoặc tài nguyên bên thứ ba và không kiểm soát chính sách quyền riêng tư, nội dung, bảo mật hoặc khả dụng của họ. Hãy đọc chính sách trước khi cung cấp thông tin.

17. Quảng cáo trong tương lai

Matrix Hanzi hiện chưa hiển thị quảng cáo Google AdSense.

Nếu triển khai quảng cáo, Chính sách có thể được cập nhật để mô tả cookie quảng cáo, quảng cáo cá nhân hóa và không cá nhân hóa, nhà cung cấp, yêu cầu đồng ý và lựa chọn từ chối.

18. Thay đổi Chính sách

Chính sách có thể được cập nhật khi thay đổi tính năng, nhà cung cấp, mô hình thương mại hoặc nghĩa vụ áp dụng. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo phù hợp hoặc thể hiện bằng ngày hiệu lực mới.
